Professional Development
FINZ offers a wide range of professional development opportunities each year targeted at various levels of experience.
The FINZ educational pathway allows people to gain points by attending events, courses and other activities gaining points to sit CFRE. FINZ members can choose to attend professional development courses as part of the educational pathway or simply as part of their own professional development.
FINZ professional devlopment training is aimed at all levels of fundraisers from volunteers and beginners, (360 Degree Training Days) through to the experienced fundraiser (#101 and #210).

There are also monthly learning lunches in Auckland, and Wellington while Christchurch holds networking and training opportunities on a regular basis. Fundraising is a professional career and your career development is improtant to FINZ. Our aim is to provide world class training here in New Zealand in order to help fundraisers and those involved with charities and not for profits ga recognised qualifications.
Additionally to gain the recognition you deserve enter the FINZ Awards or attend the next FINZ Conference to gain knowledge and meet fellow fundraising professionals.
