As part of the FINZ 2012 Master Class line up 10 May, James Greenfield (J M Greenfield & Associates, USA) will present "Fundraising Performance Evaluation - How Results Analysis Can Produce Increased Profitability." During the conference he will lead a workshop entitled "The Annual Fund Campaign."
